Fee Information
Cairns Adventure Therapy offers a wide range of programs for individuals, families, groups and organisations. Some services are eligible for rebates through Mental Health Care Plans and NDIS plans
Rebates
Mental Health Care Plan
Clients may be eligible for a rebate for up to 10 therapeutic sessions per calander year. Fees are $180 for a one hour session and the current rebate rate is $77.10 per session. There may be additional out of pocket expenses depending on activities undertaken during sessions.
NDIS Clients
Payment is arranged for clients that are:
Self managed
Plan managed
Organisations
Cairns Adventure Therapy can develop tailored programs for organisations to assist them to meet the needs of their clients. Fees vary according to service delivered so please contact us directly to discuss your needs.
Cancellations
There is no fee for appointments cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. The full fee will may be charged if session is cancelled within 24 hours or in cases on non attendance.
